Distinctions
- Dr. Hoy attended the medical school that pioneered the science of orthotic therapy, and received hospital residency training under some of the finest foot and ankle surgeons of the University of California, San Francisco, and Kaiser Permanente, San Diego.
- Dr. Hoy has practiced in San Antonio, Texas, a world center of excellence for research on the diabetic foot. He has also served as the attending podiatric physician and surgeon at the Wound Healing Center at Swedish Medical Center in Seattle.
- A member
of the clinical faculty at the University of Washington, Dr. Hoy is involved in the training of resident physicians in Family Medicine and Podiatric
Surgery, as well as medical assistants, and mentors pre-medical
students from the University.
- At the
very heart of downtown, in the historic Medical Dental Building, our office is easily accessible to
all to who work, live and shop here.
- A Seattle native with a global outlook, Dr. Hoy is trained in counseling, and also speaks Spanish and the Chinese dialects of Toisanese and Cantonese.
- Dr. Hoy has been a member of the
Board of Trustees of the Washington State Podiatric Medical Association and Board
of Advisors of Everest College.
